Center St, Madisonville, Kentucky 42431. To be given consideration, questions must be received by 10a.m 2 calendar days before the bid opening date. The Trigg County Fiscal Court is soliciting bids for the construction of a new Concession Stand and Restroom Facility, at the Trigg County Convention Center, 303 Complex Rd, Cadiz, KY 42211. The project includes a new 1,283 sq. ft. slab on grade concrete block building with a 378 sq ft front porch. The building will house new restrooms and a concession stand. In addition, sidewalks and an ADA parking spot will be constructed. The existing building will be demolished and a new DGA building pad will be constructed on the exact location by the Fiscal Court. BIDDER may not withdraw his/her bid within 60 days after the actual date of the bid opening. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or reject any or all bids. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of equal employment opportunity. Minority bidders are encouraged to bid.
