Linden Connector Trail. This Project is Funded by the Federal Transportation Enhancement Program. All Prime Contractors Must Be on Modot's Approved Contractor Listing 7 Days Prior to Bid Opening. Dbe Sub-contractors Must Be on the Mrcc Dbe Directory Prior to Bidding. Special Needs: if You Have Special Needs Addressed by the Americans With Disabilities Act, Please Notify Glen Whitten, at 816-423-4131 or Through Missouri Relay System, Tdd, at Least Five (5) Working Days Prior to the Stated Bid Opening. The Wage Rates Applicable to This Project Have Been Predetermined as Required by Law and Are Set Forth in This Appendices. When Federal Wage Rates Are Applicable and Included, This Contract is Subject to the "Work Hours Act of 1962", (P. L. 87-581: 76 Stat. 357) and Implementing Regulations. Pursuant to Section 292.675, Rsmo, the Contractor Shall Provide a Ten-hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration (Osha) Construction Safety Program for All on-site Employees. The City of Gladstone Hereby Notifies All Bidders That It Will Affirmatively Ensure That in Any Contract Entered Into Pursuant to This Advertisement, Minority Business Enterprises Will Be Afforded Full Opportunity to Submit Bids in Response to This Invitation and Will Not Be Discriminated Against on the Grounds of Race, Color, Religion, Creed, Sex, Age, Ancestry, or National Origin in Consideration for an Award. All Dbe's to Be Used on the Project Must Be Certified and Contained in the Mrcc Dbe Directory at the Time of Bidding. A Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (Dbe) Goal of 6% Has Been Established for the Project. The Owner Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids. Second Tier Subcontracting Will Not Be Permitted on This Project.
