Work of the Contract comprises the Project, for the Isaac Beaulieu Memorial School Ventilation System Replacement. Project Work includes provision of all required labour & materials for a fully operational heating, cooling and ventilation system. Work includes but is not limited to the following: .1 Demolition, and removal of existing 4 (four) AHU's, 3 (three) DX condensing units and associated selective ductwork, reheat coils, controls, sheet metal, asbestos material and electrical components as indicated in the tender documents. .2 Provide 4 (four) new AHU's, DX condensing units and piping, VAV/reheat coils, radiant heating panels, sheet metal work, controls and associated architectural, mechanical and electrical systems as shown in the drawings and noted in the specifications. .3 Alternate price to provide 3 (three) reverse flow energy recovery ventilators, ductwork, controls and associated architectural, electrical and structural components. .4 Provide the required bonds and liability insurance to ensure such specified assurances to the Owner. .5 Coordination with equipment supplier(s) to schedule delivery, unloading and safe storage of equipment. .6 Layout of the work for construction of complete system and associated works as noted in drawings and specifications. .7 Protect existing foundations, superstructure, interior finishes, plant and equipment during construction. .8 Clean-up of project and site upon completion. .9 Repair all defects identified during the first year after completion of Work. Bid bond in the amount of not less than ten (10)% of the bid price. Or certified cheque in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid price.
