The DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) contract goals for the amount of work to be awarded for the Laclede County Atlanta Road Bridge Replacement is 5% of the total project price, and 3% for the Bobcat Road Bridge Replacement. The bidder shall also complete the DBE Identification Submittal forms in accordance with the General Provisions. Missouri Law, 292.675 RSMO, requires any awarded contractor and its subcontractor(s) to provide a ten-hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Construction Safety Program for their on-site employees.
