The Work includes all of the items as shown on the maps and discussed within the specifications and any Addenda including, but not limited to the removal of specific existing trees, rocks, and other vegetation required for the construction of a mobility trail between the parking area located at 5345 Bell Road and the existing road on the Taylor property, as noted in the maps. Also includes the construction of approximately 19,471 lineal feet of multipurpose, 5-foot wide, natural-surface trails, 1,700 lineal feet of 8-foot wide mobility gravel trail with seven, 4' x 8' resting/passing areas, 2,800 lineal feet of 8-foot wide mobility trail (4 foot gravel/2 foot natural shoulders on each site, with 15 resting/passing areas), installation of three, 12" and one 48" culverts (each approximately 8 feet long), approximately 27 climbing/in-slope turn features, 3 stream ford crossings, and three bridges (21', 26', and 26'), as shown on the plans.
