The City of Richland is soliciting bids to provide a new Motor Control Center for the Tapteal 2 Truman Avenue Booster Pump Station in accordance with the specifications. The City of Richland in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color national origin, or sex in consideration for an award. Question Deadline 09/30/2024 at 2:00 PM PT The City of Richland (City) Tapteal 2 Truman Avenue Pump Station project includes a new Motor Control Center. This specification applies to the supply of equipment, including services for testing and start-up of the equipment, related to the Motor Control Center that will be directly procured by the City through this initial bid process. Work also includes providing engineering and O&M submittals prior to fabrication, technical support services during installation, factory witness testing, and field startup and testing services for equipment commissioning. Equipment installation will be performed by a Contractor under a separate bid .
