Project Description: Multi-phased department remodel to replace the three existing scanners with the latest General Electric model camera. Renovation of the space includes remodel of the existing PET/CT 1878, NUC MED 1875K, 1865J and 18651 spaces on the first floor of the Davis Tower along with control room space for each suite. The project also includes a new uptake room, housekeeping closet and infusion treatment space with 4 patient bays, a patient toilet, consult room, a prep area along with improvements to department circulation. The updated space will be served by the existing Radiology Waiting 1729. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, non-bearing partitions, lead shielding, finishes, casework, furniture systems, equipment anchorage, floor slab cutting and patching and modification to mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems Estimated Construction Cost: $6,680,000.
