Replacement of approximately 170 m of sanitary sewer main on Florence Street from Jacks Avenue to South of Cadboro Bay Road on Bee Street with replacement of sewer laterals to just past the curb; Connection and renewal of the top half of the downstream connecting CRD manhole and replacement of the drop structure. CRD manhole is adjacent Bowker Creek on Bee Street. Renewal/Rerouting of sanitary service connections for 2183 Foul Bay Road and 2214 Florence Street. Abandonment (fill with CDF concrete and cap) of 200 mm vitrified clay sanitary sewer on Jacks Avenue and 300 mm concrete sanitary sewer on Bee Street. Replacement of approximately 385m of watermain, and fire hydrants on Florence Street and replacements of all service connection to the existing meter chambers; Replacement of approximately 240m of storm drain (70m of 375mm and 170m of 200mm); Optional task item for extending sewer and drain lateral replacements to the property line; Replacement of all curb and gutter on Florence Street; Driveway tie-ins; Removal of the existing asphalt surface on Florence Street, scarifying and reshaping of the roadbed and 80mm depth asphalt paving (2 lifts).
