The City of Cincinnati seeks qualified bidders for Dutch Colony Walk Improvements, PID 117015, an LPA project, BID REFERENCE NUMBER 253C909026. This project includes constructing new sidewalk and guardrails along Dutch Colony Drive, between Winton Ridge Lane and Winton Road. The project's work includes earthwork excavations and embankments; concrete flatwork, such as curbs, sidewalks, and driveways; guardrail and anchoring construction; full depth pavement replacement; and other associated roadway construction items This is an LPA Project funded in part by the Federal Highway Administration through the ODOT Local-Let process and is subject to Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program requirements. Please note, any bids received without the electronic submission of the DBE Utilization Plan at or before the time of bid, will be deemed unresponsive. Again, the DBE Utilization Plan must be filled out completely and submitted electronically at or before the time of bid opening. All bidders must be ODOT pre-qualified for the type of work specified and must comply with all applicable federal requirements. Bids must be accompanied by a bid surety of not less than 10% of the bid amount and the successful bidder will be required to provide a performance surety of not less than 100% of the contract value. All bidders will be subject to the provisions in the City of Cincinnati Municipal Code regarding the Equal Employment Opportunity Program contained in Chapter 325 (Ordinance 331-1999) of the Cincinnati Municipal Code.
