A. Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, means, methods, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as required by the Contract Documents for this Construction Contract. Each contractor shall coordinate, through the Owner/Architect/Engineer, the work of their contract with the work by others. B. This following abbreviated summary is provided in order to briefly describe the work covered by the Contract Documents for this Construction Contract. It is not all inclusive of the work under the Contract. C. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Demolition and removals as shown on the contract drawings. 2. Startup participation for the various equipment and systems of the project and provide complete service to troubleshoot and assist manufacturer service representatives in obtaining a completely functional installation. 3. New air conditioning, heating, and ventilation system. 4. New exhaust fans, supports and associated equipment. 5. General exhaust and fume hood exhaust VAV boxes 6. Equipment supports, and associated equipment. 7. New grilles, registers, duct work, supports and accessories. 8. Integration with existing building BMS 9. Testing and balancing of systems. 10. All other work as indicated on the drawings. 11. Project closeout submittals
