Reference Number 0000363085 The Town of Dover seeks sealed bids for a public works project for parking lot and driveway/upper parking area improvements at the Dover Library and American Legion building at 1797 Route 22 in Wingdale, NY. The Dover Library parking lot is approximately 150' x 65'. The American Legion driveway is approximately 150' x 40'. The American Legion's upper parking area is approximately 52' x 60'. The project involves the following components: milling and grinding of rebates and keyways in the Dover Library parking lot and American Legion driveway and upper parking areas to prepare subgrade layer for new asphalt installation (no removal of existing blacktop is required) installation/pouring of a 2" to 2 1/2 " rolled and compacted layer of wear course asphalt on Library parking lot and American Legion driveway and upper parking areas grading for drainage to existing catch basins on Library parking lot, on the Legion driveway and upper parking area and attention to providing seamless paving transitions to Library entrance's sidewalk, the Legion building entrance and concrete stairway and all other connections to paved edges to lawn/vegetation.
