General: Provide and install all food service equipment with related items necessary to complete the work shown on the drawings and required by the provisions of this section. a. The term install shall mean the delivery of all food service equipment complete with transportation charges prepaid to the building, uncrated, set-in-place, and properly anchored. b. Deliver all parts that are to be built into cast-in-place concrete in ample time for inclusion in the concrete work. Furnish all necessary setting plans and instructions, oversee the installation of all parts in the concrete and be responsible for the correctness and accuracy of location and installation. c. Cut holes and ferrules on equipment for pipes, drains, electric outlets, conduits and similar items, as required, coordinating the installation of the food service equipment with the work of other contractors. d. Keep premises clean and remove from site all crates, cartons and other debris resulting from work. Leave all areas broom clean throughout construction and final clean prior to turning over to Owner. Final sanitizing of equipment by Owner.
