The Goods and Special Services are generally described as follows: Supply forty (40) valves for filter gallery piping at DCPCMUD's Water Treatment Plant (WTP) as specified herein. Equipment shall be provided as specified in Division 40 of these procurement contract documents. Bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check upon a national or state bank in an amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price payable without recourse to the Owner, or a bid bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company, as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract within fifteen (15) days after notice of award of Contract to him. Such bid guarantee shall be made payable to DCPCMUD. the questions may be sent directly to the Engineer via email at: Ikram Sayed, IJSayed@GarverUSA.com. Bids must remain in effect for 60 days after the bid opening date. Within 60 days from the bid date, the Owner may award the contract to the best value bidder or reject any or all bids for the project. The DCPCMUD reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of the DCPCMUD, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids.
