This project will complete the electrical and SCADA installation and commissioning of a new prefabricated wastewater lift station for the Owner's collection system. The prefabricated lift station itself and all other non-electrical work will be performed either directly by the Owner or under a previously bid contract. The Contractor's responsibilities will be to fabricate and supply a SCADA telemetry panel, and to provide all necessary electrical work for the installation of the SCADA telemetry panel AND the pump control panel (pump station panel supplied separately as part of the packaged lift station). The contractor will be responsible for the physical installation of the electrical work items, the separately provided pump station, and the SCADA panel, and for making all electrical and field controls/signal connections as shown on the drawings and as required for a fully functional system. The contractor will also be responsible for coordination of connecting power to the lift station with the electric utility supplying power. All integration work and programming of the PLC, as well as the integration of the SCADA telemetry panel into the existing plant SCADA system, will be performed by Garver, LLC under a separate contract with the Owner The City encourages the participation of small, minority, and women's business enterprises Prospective bidders may examine copies of the Bidding Documents at Garver, LLC, on Monday through Friday by calling ahead and making arrangements between the hours of 8:00 am and5:00 pm.
