The Work shall consist of replacing and/or modifying existing fluorescent fixtures for LED operation. Simple wall box dimming systems will be installed in two areas. All work, including ceiling removal and replacement, dry wall repair, painting, and other associated trades, shall be included in the bid. It is intended that the work is to be completed during the last two (2) weeks in December 2024 (December 17, 2024 through January 01, 2025). Bidders shall be Electrical Contractors, licensed in North Carolina. Bidders will receive an email receipt notification that their bids have been received. HUB certified contractors are encouraged to bid for this project. Bids received after the announced time and date for submittal will be rejected.
