On-Call Plumbing Sewer and Drain Services Plumbing-related Work. Plumbing-related work including, but not limited to, repairing, removal, and replacing plumbing fixtures such as toilets; sinks; bathtubs; drain systems; and water and sewer lines; including, but not limited to. Sewer Drain-related Work. Sewer Drainage -related work including, but not limited to the following: excavation of sewer lines, hydro-jet pumping, holding tank pumping, and sewage pump repair and installation. Services. Any other Plumbing and/or Sewer Drainage-related maintenance, repair, or installation work the Agency may order. 1. Work may be in the interior or exterior of a building to include yards. 2. Routine service calls, emergency service calls, after-hours, and holiday service calls, including troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance. 3. All repairs are to be made by no less than a Journeyman Plumber under the supervision of a Master Plumber. 4 .An awarded contractor must own or have timely access to all necessary tools and equipment to provide all services. Labor Rates All-inclusive. Unless otherwise provided for herein, the unit fees bid shall be all-inclusive all other items, services and costs that the Contractor needs to complete the work, including but not limited to: tools; equipment; insurance; licensing; employee costs, including benefits; etc. Unless otherwise stated, all unit fees bid shall include product and labor. Required Licensing. The Contractor(s) shall be in possession of any current appropriate licensing that may be required by the County of Jefferson (and/or, if applicable, any city jurisdiction therein in which work will be performed) and/or the State of Alabama.
