The Scope of Work shall be performed in accordance with this Contract, Supplemental Information, Exhibits, Attachments, Plans and other Contract documents. The proposed Work shall include but not be limited to the following: remove existing 12.5-ton ground level package unit and replace with new 12.5-ton ground level unit (Work). Bid Security in the form of cash, a cashier's check, certified check or electronic Bid Bond, executed on the prescribed form, in an amount not less than ten (10) percent of the total bid price payable to the City of Elk Grove (City) is required for each Bid submitted. The City must receive the Bid Security in the form of cash, cashier's check, certified check, or electronic Bid Bond, in advance of the Bid due date and time.
