WL Extension in West St.; Emerald Bay Estate Addition to Pineway Addition Waterline Extension in West Street from the northline of Emerald Bay Estates Addition to the northline of Reserve A of Pineway Addition (West Street, north of 21st Street N) Question Deadline 09/25/2024 at 12:00 PM CT Location online portal. Start Date. The work order on these projects shall be issued 30 (thirty) calendar days after the date on which the contract for these projects has been awarded to the successful bidder Completion Date. The work on these projects shall be completed within 45 (forty-five) total working days for both projects from the date of beginning work for all projects and in accordance with the plans and Standard Specifications. Working days will be charged as provided for in the Standard Specifications once the work order is issued. The non-availability of material shall not prevent working days from being assessed. A Bid Bond in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of The Total Bid or an Annual Bid Bond is Required Prior to Bid Opening. See Section 102.3 of the City of Wichita Standard Specifications for Further Information. Bidders Are Advised to Contact the Office of the City Engineer (316-268-4501) Should They Have Any Questions or Concerns About the Plans, Special or Supplemental Provisions, Minority Status, or the Proper Preparation of the Bid Document. The Contractor shall read and fully comprehend every aspect of the contract provisions included in this bid proposal, prior to submitting a bid for the project.
