Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) Newfoundland and Labrador Housing wishes to have a topographical survey completed in the area of Crestview Ave. and Walsh Street, Corner Brook to facilitate future development of the area Description of Work 1 Topographical Survey Provide a 10m grid topographical drawing for the ground areas referenced in Schedule "E" - Site Map. .1 Confirm any easements associated with the property 2 Identify & locate existing structures, ditching, culverts, walkways, concrete, asphalt pads, boundary fences, trees and any large vegetation within the property boundary limits 3 Provide original ground elevation points throughout the referenced lot; including but not limited to ground elevations for centerline of street, curbs, top of curbs, asphalt, sidewalk, and all other applicable features and structures including dimensions 4 Identify and locate carriage way in front of or running through the referenced lot. 5 Locate and identify elevation points including invert elevations for existing sewer manholes, electrical poles, nearest hydrants, and all other applicable features and structures. .6 Provide electronic copies in the form of a pdf and a .dwg (AutoCAD v. 2010 or later) of all requested information 7 Survey to be prepared by a company registered with the Association of Newfoundland Land Surveyors. Drawing to include the stamp of NLS. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
