The work at the well site includes: establishing and maintaining work area in accordance with traffic control plan; verifying utility clearance at monitoring well locations; installation of noise control barrier walls (at the District's option) and other measures as needed to comply with noise suppression requirements; notification to regulatory agencies prior to installation of any borehole upper annular seals and surface housings (manhole vaults); management, treatment, testing, and disposal of all project related aqueous waste (fluids) and drill soil cores and excess project related materials and debris; borehole drilling; downhole geophysical survey; installation of well casing, screen, sand pack and intermediate and upper annular seals, and installation of monitoring well vaults; well development by bailing and surge pumping; and, site cleanup and restoration.
