Start date for River Heights is May 12, 2025, and anticipated end date is May 23, 2025 Start date for Eagle Ridge is April 7, 2025, and anticipated end date is April 18, 2025 The sites are Eagle Ridge Senior Building 12600 Eagle Ridge Drive Burnsville, MN 55337, and River Heights Terrace 1720 Thompson Ave. South St. Paul, MN 55075. The separate sealed envelopes to be labeled on the outside of the envelope with the appropriate site. Labeled envelopes to state either: Eagle Ridge Elevator, or River Heights Terrace Elevator. Each bid package to be a separate bid and not to be mingled together. Each bid to be a separate contract. Each bid has separate bid security. Bidders can bid on either or both projects. The Dakota County CDA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interest of the Dakota County CDA. The CDA hereby notifies all bidders that in regard to any Contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (D.M.E.) will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and / or proposals and will not be subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, age, religion, or national origin.
