City of Alpharetta 2 Park Plaza Alpharetta, GA 30009 Attn: Debora Westbrook, Procurement Agen From our evaluation of all SOQs received, it is the intent of the City to create a shortlist of the highest scoring firms to then participate in a follow-up RFP process. The RFP will present more detailed information concerning the project and the CMAR delivery method. The City of Alpharetta (City) is requesting statements of qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to deliver a 1,700 square foot clean room and renovations at Fire Station 81 (FS 81) through a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery method. The address of FS 81 is 2970 Webb Bridge Road. In addition to the expansion and interior renovations, the CMAR will be responsible for constructing all the site improvements to complete this project, including but not limited to drainage, landscaping, utility relocations, concrete driveway repair/replacement, relocation of dumpster, striping of parking spaces will remain in operation with Firefighter personnel occupying the building while construction will be taking place. Project construction budget is currently estimated to be $2,500,000.
