Construction of Pickleball Courts at Cane Creek Park This project includes eight (8) asphalt based, fenced, pickleball courts with sidewalks between court batteries, a pavilion near the courts, benches, tables, trash receptacles, and a sidewalk connection from the existing parking lot to the proposed improvements. The City of Cookeville reserves the right to waive any irregularities or reject any and all bids as deemed in the best interest of the City. Pickleball Courts at Cane Creek Park - the project includes six (6) standard pickleball courts and two (2) pickleball courts with wheelchair size overruns, sidewalks between court batteries, one (1) 20' x 60' pavilion near the courts, shaded seating areas between courts, site furnishings, an ADA ramp and stairs, and a sidewalk connection from the existing parking lot to the proposed improvements. This item shall consist of a base course composed of crushed, partially crushed or uncrushed course aggregate bonded with either soil or fine aggregate or both. It shall be constructed on a prepared underlying course in accordance with these specifications and shall conform to the dimensions and typical cross sections shown on the Plans and with the lines and grades established by the Landscape Architect/Engineer.
