The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as: providing all materials and labor for removal and replacement of existing HVAC rooftop units (RTUs) located at three Owner facilities - three (3) RTUs at the Ada County Parks & Waterways Administration Building and Barber Park Event Center, fourteen (14) RTUs at the EMS Administration Building and Shop, and five (5) RTUs at the Ada County Weed, Pest and Mosquito Abatement facility all as more specifically described in the Project Manual, and as detailed in the plans, notes and specifications included therein (the Project). This Project is being funded, in whole or in part, by State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) made available to the County under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) through federal award number SLFRP3408 awarded to Ada County, Idaho by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
