Boone County Parks and Recreation is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the design, supply, and installation of a prefabricated restroom building at Boone Woods Park, located in Burlington, KY. The building will feature separate men's and women's restroom facilities, storage space, and a small concession stand area. This structure will be utilized for general shelter reservations and will accommodate large crowds during park events, including movie nights and other activities. Question Deadline 10/04/2024 at 5:00 PM ET, Question Response Deadline October 7, 2024, 5:00pm . All requests for clarifications, changes, exceptions, deviations to the terms and conditions set forth in this proposal must be submitted in writing via online. Boone County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities and to negotiate for the modifications of any proposal or to accept that proposal which is deemed the most desirable and advantageous from the standpoint of customer value and service and concept of operations, even though such proposal may not, on its face, appear to be the lowest and best price. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after scheduled time of receipt of proposals. The Boone County Fiscal Court is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
