Maple Leaf Lake CA Dock Replacement. Description: The project work consists of procurement, and delivery, of one (1) 18'x36' floating covered dock including the floating stiff arm, floating walkway ramp, fasteners, railings and all required connection hardware. MDC Regional Staff will construct two (2) concrete headwalls for dock anchoring, removal of one (1) wooden platform including piers, and other miscellaneous construction specified by the Contract Documents. Please note that this contract covers only the Dock. Installation will be carried out by MDC Regional Staff. Site Address: 3859'34.9"N 9347'01.6"W. Site Directions: From Higginsville, take MO-13 S. Turn right onto Old Hwy 40. Drive 3.0 miles and turn left by the Maple Leaf Lake sign. Drive 0.7 miles and you will see the parking lot. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Est. Value Notes: Range: $100,000 - $200,000 Question Deadline 09/26/2024 No oral interpretations will be made to any bidder as to the meaning of the plans and specifications or the acceptability of alternate products, materials, form or type of construction. Every request for interpretation shall be made in writing and submitted with all supporting documents not less than seven (7) calendar days before opening of bids. Every interpretation made to a bidder will be in the form of an addendum and will be sent as promptly as is practicable to all persons to whom plans and specifications have been issued. All such addenda shall become part of the contract documents. The bidder shall have as a goal subcontracting not less than 10% MBE AND 5% WBE of the awarded contract price to MBE/WBE(s).
