The deadline to submit questions Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Liquidated Damages $1,000 per Calendar Day Estimated Bid Value $7,300,000.00 Start/Delivery Date Estimated NTP October/November 2024 Project Duration 420 Calendar Days Construction of Well Nos. 173, 174, and 175 improvements, including installation of three (3) vertical turbine pumping units with electric motors; installation of well pump discharge piping, valves, and appurtenances; installation of and connection to existing below-grade well discharge piping; installation of all associated electrical conduit, wiring, and appurtenances; installation of high-pressure relief and well blowoff piping, valves, and appurtenances; installation of well blowoff piping; installation of sodium hypochlorite storage and feed systems and appurtenances; installation of concrete slabs and below-grade piping for District furnished and installed pump water lubrication system panels and booster pumps; and all related work. Construction of electrical improvements, including installation of three (3) District-furnished Motor Control Centers (MCCs); installation of one (1) District-furnished electrical service transformer; installation of direct bury cables for 4160V electrical service for Well No. 173; conduit and conductors for 480V electrical service for Well Nos. 174 and 175; conduit, wiring, and appurtenances for each well pumping unit; installation of light poles, fixtures, concrete foundations, and associated electrical conduit, wiring, and appurtenances; installation of conduit, wiring, and appurtenances for the sodium hypochlorite facility; installation of conduit and wiring for District-furnished and -installed pump water lubrication system panels and booster pumps; and all related work, except as otherwise noted in the Special Construction Provisions, herein. Since this Project is funded in whole or in part with funds from the United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation Assistance Agreement (USBR Agreement), the work must also comply with the minimum rates for wages for laborers and mechanics as determined by the Secretary of Labor in accordance with the provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act. As between the State and Federal rates, the higher of the two rates must be paid. Attention is directed to the USBR Agreement Requirements, Appendix G, herein. he Contractor shall perform all Work within the time stipulated in the Contract and shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, utility services, and transportation to complete all of the Work required in strict compliance with the Contract Documents, as specified in Article 5 below for the following Project: EQUIPPING NEW WELL NOS. 173, 174, AND 175
