Therefore, the deadline to submit DBE Good Faith Efforts Verification is no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on Friday, November 8, 2024. The Work includes the installation of a temporary 4-inch diameter highline and appurtenances for construction water; highline and settling tanks for discharge of well development water; construction survey staking; drilling, construction, development, testing, and disinfection of the proposed Production Well Nos. 173, 174, and 175; revegetation of disturbed areas; and site clean-up. Since this Project is funded in whole or in part with funds from the United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation Assistance Agreement (USBR Agreement), the work must also comply with the minimum rates for wages for laborers and mechanics as determined by the Secretary of Labor in accordance with the provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act. As between the State and Federal rates, the higher of the two rates must be paid. Attention is directed to the USBR Agreement Requirements, Appendix C, herein.
