Additions and Alterations to Homer Smiles Stadium Architect Job A cashier's check or bid bond payable to Leeds City Board ofEducation in an amount not less than five (5) percent ofthe amount ofthe proposal, but in no event more than $10,000.00, must accompany the bidder's proposal for each project. Evidence shall be in the form of a copy of current license clearly indicating all classifications, or sub-classifications, bid limits, license number; and expiration date. General Contractor Bidders may obtain digital copies of drawings and specifications from the Architect for each project upon receipt of Application for Bid. All bidders bidding in amounts exceeding that established by the State Licensing Board for General Contractors must be licensed under the provisions ofTitle 34, Chapter 8, Code ofAlabama, 1975. The Owner reservesthe right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner'sjudgment, the best interests ofthe Owner will thereby be promoted.
