The Project consists of: For more information, refer to Division 01 - Spec. Section 011100 - Scope of Work for each Site, which are incorporated by reference into Exhibit A of the Contract for Construction & Installation that is part of the Contract Documents. Portables at (2) sites (collectively, "Site(s)"): Columbia ES, and Maintenance & Operations Administrative Offices ("Project") Question Deadline 09/19/2024 at 3:30 PM PT Questions. Questions concerning the Project, or requests for clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents, shall be submitted to Hugo Garcia at DC Architects at hgarcia@dcarchitects.net Each Bid shall be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or Bid Bond in favor of the District, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond (Labor and Materials) each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price on the forms included in the Contract Documents. Each Contract reflected in the Bid Form shall be a separate Bid. The District's Governing Board reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and/or waive any irregularity in any Bid received. If the District awards the Contract(s), the security of unsuccessful bidder(s) shall be returned within sixty (60) days from the time the award is made.
