Reference Number 0000278112 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/09/16 05:00:00 PM EDT EllisDon Corporation, acting as the Construction Manager on behalf of PSPC, is inviting Bidders to submit their Statement of Qualifications to pre-qualify to bid on the Parliamentary Precinct Campus CM National Capital Area Standing Offer Program. EllisDon Corporation, acting as the Construction Manager on behalf of PSPC, is inviting Bidders to submit their Statement of Qualifications to pre-qualify to bid on the Parliamentary Precinct Campus CM National Capital Area Standing Offer Program. EllisDon Project 70756. The program CM Office is located at 69 Sparks St, Ottawa, ON. The individual projects will be located at any one of the buildings owned by the Federal Government in the Parliamentary Precinct in the Ottawa Area. This pre-qualification process is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process; the second phase is the tendering process. During the Tendering Phase, the pre-qualified bidders will be invited to prepare and to submit stipulated price tenders for this work. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with the Construction Manager based on a modified EllisDon Stipulated Price Subcontract. The Contractor acknowledges that Parliamentary Precinct Campus CM National Capital Area Standing Offer is not a contract and that the issuance of a Standing Offer and Call-up Authority does not oblige or commit Canada to procure or contract for any services listed in the Standing Offer. The Construction Manager will be authorized in writing by the Contracting Authority to proceed with the work by issuance of a Call-up against the Standing Offer. The purpose of this Request for Qualification is to solicit contractors in the industry in order to build a list of pre-qualified contractors who will then be invited participate in the Procurement Process for any related construction work required by PSPC that is within the value category defined in the Standing Offer Agreement. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Standing offer value range is between $1,000,000 total construction value and $14,000,000 total construction value. The Standing Offer agreement is a 3-year duration (complete by Feb 5, 2027) with two optional 1 year extensions. The subcontract requisition process will require the joint effort of all project participants and is intended to provide a fair, transparent and competitive process. HVAC - Example: The scope of work includes but is not limited to provide all work required to install heating, ventilation and air conditioning infrastructure and do material removals as per individual project tender drawings, Specification Division 1 and Division 23 00 00 HVAC. Work may include: HVAC systems including: All Dampers Diffusers, Registers & Grills Air terminal Units etc. Seismic requirements for ducts and equipment All other systems typically included in HVAC EllisDon and PSPC, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to accept any SOQ that it deems responsive, or may reject any or all SOQs received in response to this RFQ.
