Reference Number 0000278114 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/09/16 05:00:00 PM EDT Pricing Lump sum The Contractor acknowledges that Parliamentary Precinct Campus CM National Capital Area Standing Offer is not a contract and that the issuance of a Standing Offer and Call-up Authority does not oblige or commit Canada to procure or contract for any services listed in the Standing Offer. The Construction Manager will be authorized in writing by the Contracting Authority to proceed with the work by issuance of a Call-up against the Standing Offer. The purpose of this Request for Qualification is to solicit contractors in the industry in order to build a list of pre-qualified contractors who will then be invited participate in the Procurement Process for any related construction work required by PSPC that is within the value category defined in the Standing Offer Agreement. The Standing offer value range is between $1,000,000 total construction value and $14,000,000 total construction value. The Standing Offer agreement is a 3-year duration (complete by Feb 5, 2027) with two optional 1 year extensions. The subcontract requisition process will require the joint effort of all project participants and is intended to provide a fair, transparent and competitive process. Scope of Work described herein includes full time competent supervision and the supply of all labour, materials, supplies, products, tools, machinery, equipment, lifts, hoisting, consumables, protective equipment and all other services and items necessary to carry out and conduct the same and ensure that it is fit for the purpose for which it is intended. This scope of Work is not inclusive of all activities for any future Subcontract. These activities however are to be included and used in conjunction with other Tender/Contract Documents to help clarify areas of uncertainty. The required Services will be done and it will include, but may not be limited to, the following 1 Fire Suppression Example: The scope of work includes but is not limited to provide all work required to install Fire Suppression infrastructure and do material removals as per individual project tender drawings, Specification Division 1 and Division 21 00 00 Fire Suppression. Work may include: Fire Suppression Standpipe and Sprinkler systems • Fire Extinguishing systems Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
