The site of the WORK is Juneau, Alaska. Substantial Completion 120 from start of onsite work or no later than April 14, 2025. BID SECURITY. Description This project consists of all the labor, materials, and equipment for the abatement of approximately 5,000 sf of asbestos-containing VAT and associated asbestos-containing mastics, and providing either a floor coating, or a resilient sheet flooring as indicated. It includes moving owners' equipment, temporary ventilation. Scope of work includes mechanical and electrical trades. Work restrictions vary based on location and types of work.
