At a minimum, the scope of work for each location would include the following, but not limited to: Huntington Recreation Centre - 87 Brentwood Drive, Hamilton ON. - Complete slide replacement - New structural supports for the slide - New guards at the slide platform - Refinishing of the existing platform stairs and all existing painted misc. steel. - New mechanical equipment to support the slide operation and all components associated with the pump. Including a new housekeeping pad. - Removal, repair and replacement of the existing large pool and hot pool tiling. Including all restoration of floors and walls. - Removal and replacement of lifeguard chair, and all stainless-steel handrails. Valley Park Community Centre - 970 Paramount Drive, Stoney Creek, ON. - Complete slide replacement - Complete stair and slide platform replacement - Removal and replacement of impacted deck tile from the install of the new slide, stairs and platform. - Remove and replace stainless steel stanchions - Existing mechanical equipment to remain (newly installed but not operated) and to be designed with the new slide.
