All Quantities Are Estimates Only. the Contractor Must Furnish Labor, Equipment, and Traffic Control. The Availability date for this project is November 15, 2024. The Completion date is November 22, 2025. A Bid Bond or Bid Deposit in the Amount of 5% of the Total Amount Bid Will Be Required. the Bidder Shall Submit an Electronic Bid Bond With Each Electronic Bid Submittal Unless a Bid Deposit is Furnished Instead. All Prospective Bidders Shall Be Prequalified With The Department Of Transportation Prior To Submitting A Bid. Contractors Who Are Not Prequalified May Obtain Information And Forms For Prequalifying From The Contractual Services Unit, Division Of Highways, Department Of Transportation, 1509 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, N. C. All Required Prequalification Statements And Documents Shall Be Filed With The Contractual Services Unit At Least Four Weeks Prior To The Date Of Opening Bids. The Right is Reserved to Reject Any or All Bids Statements of Minority Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises Participation Must Be Presented With the Bids.
