In general, the project consists of concrete rehabilitation and repair of various dam components, including site preparation; general excavation; concrete seepage control wall system; HDPE drain pipe placement; abutment concrete surface repairs; retaining wall concrete surface repairs; pier top concrete surface repairs; benchmark installations; signage installation; site restoration and associated work. BID SECURITY: Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bid and bid security may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the Bid Deadline. Bid security will be retained if the Bidder is awarded the Work and fails to execute the Agreement and furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. QUALIFICATIONS: Potential bidders and bidder's subcontractors shall complete a statement of qualification along with the bid documents.
