This project is located in Region 1 in Douglas County for a construction of a wildlife overpass bridge on I-25 at MP 165.4. The project is being solicited under a Best Value (BV) process where award of the project is made to the contractor with the highest scoring technical and priced proposal combined. Contractors must submit their BV technical proposal in accordance with the BV Notice requirements for this project. Please contact David Herzog at 303-859-7945 for all project related questions. A Mandatory Prebid Meeting is scheduled for September 19, 2024, from 1:00PM to 2:30PM. The meeting will be held at the CDOT KOA Office at 18500 East Colfax Avenue, Aurora, CO 80011.
