Proposed improvements will consist of the removal and replacement of existing playground equipment, new site furnishings, a new picnic pavilion, a new basketball court, tennis court improvements, a new pre-fabricated restroom with associated utilities, new basketball court lighting, a new garden, and associated sitework and paving. Proposed park improvements will consist of the removal and replacement of existing playground equipment, new site furnishings, a new picnic pavilion, a new pre-fabricated restroom with associated utilities, and associated sitework and paving. CONTRACT TIME: Construction time to achieve Substantial Completion is 270 consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed, with an additional 30 consecutive calendar days to achieve Final Completion. Total construction duration is 300 consecutive calendar days. All bids shall be prepared using the Project Manual and Drawings. Addenda will be sent via e-mail to all documented plan holders up to seventy-two (72) hours before the Bid closing time. The Owner/Engineer is not responsible for delivery of addenda to prospective bidders. BID SECURITY: A 5% bid security is required for this project, to be submitted with bids.
