Public Restroom Renovations to Achieve Compliance. SCOPE OF SERVICES The planned Scope of Services is required to include, but are not limited to the following: o Architecture (including code review, interior finish-out, FF&E, accessible compliant signage) o Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (and Structural engineering if applicable) o Registered Accessibility Specialist (RAS) (TDLR submittal, plan review and final inspection) o Preparation for specifications which are compliant with City of Dallas adopted Energy and Green Codes. o Cost Estimating o Building Permit Application and Review process Funding to renovate existing public restrooms at designated City facilities to achieve compliance with Texas Accessibility Standards was approved by voters as part of the City of Dallas 2024 Bond Program. This Request For Qualifications (RFQ) provides information for interested parties to prepare and submit Qualifications Statements for consideration by the City of Dallas, pursuant to Section 2269.301 of the Texas Local Government Code. The planned Scope of Services includes preparation of Design and Construction Documents; submittal of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) to be followed by Construction Administration Services for accessibility upgrades to designated public restrooms at City facilities. 1.
