The project consists of the remodel of what is currently a storage room in the Building & Grounds Facility building and converting it into a plan room and lounge space for bus rider assistants. 2 single user restrooms, a kitchenette, and a new exterior entrance with stairs and a ramp are included as part of the project scope as well as required modifications to the life-safety and MEP systems Doc Note - Bidding Documents for the project may be obtained commencing September 11, 2024. A $50.00 refundable deposit paid to INVISION Architecture or electronic copy If the Construction Documents are returned in good condition within 14 days after the bid date to Beeline & Blue, the deposit will be returned, however a non-refundable handling fee of $25.00 shall be made payable to Beeline and Blue which will apply to all sets shipped or delivered.
