Reference Number 0000362711 The Colorado Department of Corrections is seeking a contractor to perform minor renovations to the existing CDOC Medline Facilities at the Denver Complex. Denver Women's Correctional Facility (DWCF): Scope of work includes addition and installation of a new electronic water cooler, a new HM door/frame within and existing opening, and the addition and installation of a folding security gate. Demo must be limited to areas indicated and existing building and elements (water coolers, doors, and windows) should be projected from any damage. Denver Reception and Diagnostic Center (DRDC): Scope of work includes selective demo of the existing block wall for a new transaction window, selective demo of existing millwork/sink to relocate medline refrigerator, and addition and installation of new power for the existing refrigerator. Question Deadline 09/25/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Vendors may submit questions by email to the Single Point of Contact prior to the Questions Due Date identified in the Basic Information and Timeline above.
