In general, this project will consist of removing and replacing damaged curb and gutter, sidewalk and asphalt on the 4700 Block of Desert Candle Drive, in the City of Pueblo, Colorado. In general, the successful bidder will provide curb and gutter, sidewalk, and asphalt repairs to the 4700 Block of Desert Candle Drive, in the City of Pueblo, Colorado. Bidder shall not, after submission of bid, dispute or complain of such cost estimate, nor assert that there was any misunderstanding in regard to the nature or amount of work required to complete the service. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any or all items covered in the Invitation to Bid, to waive informalities or defects in bids or to accept any bid as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City. All awards shall be contingent upon appropriation of the necessary funds and only after the receipt of a Purchase Order or Service Agreement. All bids are subject to the conditions shown herein.
