The County of Monroe is accepting proposals from commercial/industrial painting contractors to complete two (2) projects as follows: Paint the exterior connecting walkway between the Monroe County Jail and Courthouse. Paint the interior brick masonry walls of the atrium inside the Monroe County Courthouse Annex. See several photos of the project areas for your convenience. The work is to be priced on a per project basis with a grand total as outlined on the Proposal Form. A single firm will be selected for both projects. . Only proposals submitted using the Proposal Form provided will be accepted as a qualified response. The County of Monroe reserves the right to accept or to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities and to make an award that is determined by the County of Monroe to be in the best interest of the County.
