09SEP2024 - Solicitation and attachments thereto for a project to construct a water well at the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area near Las Vegas, Nevada, is posted herein. Proposals are due to mary.harding@usda.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. Central Time on 23 September 2024. There will not be any organized Site Visit to the jobsite prior to contract award, but prospective offerors may visit the site on your own to better understand technical requirements of this project. This will be a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procurement, and one firm-fixed-price contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Estimated magnitude price of construction: Between $100,000 and $250,000 Questions pertaining to this solicitation must be emailed to mary.harding@usda.gov no later than close of business on 17 September 2024. PROJECT LOCATION The project is located in the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area of the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest, Clark County, Nevada, in T22S, R58E, 21. It is located approximately 18 miles west of Las Vegas, NV and 18 miles south of Pahrump, NV. The project may be accessed from State Highway 160 and Pinon Drive. Period of Performance: 09/30/2024 to 11/29/2024 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
