The City of Pflugerville, Texas will be soliciting competitive sealed proposals for constructing the Wilbarger Creek Wastewater Interceptor, beginning at the Carmel Lift Station in east Pflugerville and ending at the Future Wilbarger Creek Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility. The scope includes the installation of approximately 3,072 Linear Feet of 48" FRP Pipe, 9,427 Linear Feet of 54" FRP Pipe, various lengths of 18" to 36" sewer pipe installation, and Polymer Concrete Manholes and a Diversion Structure with SCADA controls. The project includes open cut and trenchless installation in the City of Pflugerville City Limits and Travis County Jurisdiction. The right is reserved, as the interest of the City of Pflugerville may require, to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities in proposals received. The right is also reserved to eliminate a portion of the work or add additional work as required to keep the total contract amount within the funds budgeted. The City also has the right to award any parts or combination of parts of the project it deems necessary. This contract is funded in part by a CWSRF loan from the TWDB and WIFIA loan from the EPA. Neither the State of Texas, the EPA, nor any of its departments, agencies, or employees, are of will be a party to this Invitation for Bids or any Resulting contract.
