Conditions: To be considered, all bids must be submitted on the forms specially prepared for this purpose in a sealed envelope marked "Contract 2024-700 "Inspection of sewer pipes" and accompanied by a security deposit equal to 10% of the total amount in the form of a certified cheque, bank draft or bond, payable to the Municipality of Havre-Saint-Pierre. Documents : Documents will be available as of September 10, 2024 on the electronic tendering system (SEAO) website at the following address: www.seao.ca. Fees are set according to the rates established by SEAO. Closing deadlines and receipt of bids: Tenders must be submitted in writing, in a sealed envelope, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this document. If the bidder chooses to submit its bid electronically, the provisions of section 1.3 must be adapted and take into account the provisions of section 1.4. Conditions : To be considered, all bids must be submitted on the forms specially prepared for this purpose in a sealed envelope marked "Contract 2024-700 'Sewer Line Inspection' and accompanied by a security deposit equal to 10% of the total amount in the form of a certified cheque or bank draft or bond, payable to the Municipality of Havre-Saint-Pierre. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid or any of the bids received, and will not incur any obligation or costs towards the bidders.
