Replacement of an electrical motor control centre tagged "MCC 1" Osgoode Hall. Remove existing MCC 1 and supply and install new 600 volt MCC of similar size and capacity in the basement mechanical room. Cost includes circuit breakers, motor starters (VFDs), push buttons, pilot lights, motors and additional cables. Motor starters shall connect to existing BAS for remote control. Surge suppression devices shall be considered. Equipment shall be labelled with lamacoid nameplate. Installations shall be in compliance with IO Design and Commissioning Guidelines. The scope also includes reviewing and understanding the existing heritage reporting and the rationale for the heritage status. TIMELINE: An RFP for engineering design has been issued by the Owner's Agent. Updates will be made upon release of award information. Addendum 1 issued Question Acceptance Deadline: 2024/09/20 02:00:00 PM EDT. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
