Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 2 addendum issued for this project. ** Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/09/23 02:00:00 PM NDT The site of the work is the Centennial Field Skateboard Park on Cromer Avenue in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. 1. This project involves the installation of high back curb around the perimeter of the existing pump track next to the skateboard park. This curb will be high-back. 2. This project will also include excavating the existing ground inside this area (approximately 100mm) and replacing it with red 1/4" pea gravel as highlighted in the drawings. This will include Soleno TX-90 Soil Separator or equivalent being placed underneath as specified by the supplier. This excavation and placement will be completed with the pump track in place, inside and outside the track as shown in the drawing. 3. This project will also include removing and disposing of a large boulders on the site as directed by the Town. 4. This project also requires topsoil and sod installation in the highlighted areas on the drawings. Some of these areas will have to be excavated so that the topsoil and sod will be at the same grade as the surrounding grass. 5. There is also a section of curb to be removed and disposed of near the entrance of the field. High back curb will need to be installed from the existing curb on the road as shown on the drawings. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
