Reference Number 0000362490 Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required The Boulder County Public Works Department (County) is requesting competitive bids from qualified manufacturers for production and delivery of 104 L.F. of 12' x 7' reinforced concrete box culvert (RCBC) pipe to a project site in northern unincorporated Boulder County. The boxes will be used to replace an existing irrigation crossing structure and will carry N 95th Street with five to six feet of cover over the top of the boxes. Delivery will be received at one site, 15575 N 95th Street, Longmont, CO 80503 in the N 95th Street road right-of-way, and during a full road closure with local access to the project site. Coordination and scheduling with the County's Road Maintenance Division will be required prior to delivery. A Road Maintenance contact will be provided to the manufacturer after the bid award is finalized. The products being bid are to be used for a Boulder County capital improvement project only and will not be paid for with state or federal funds. Each bidder is instructed to submit product data sheet(s) for the materials requested.
