This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. MICC Fort Cavazos intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for Stand Alone Overhead Door Repair Service. The Contractor shall perform Overhead Doors Repair and Replacement Services for the Fort Cavazos Installation. The Contractor shall provide personnel, management, any other items and services, not identified as Government furnished in Part 3- Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Services, necessary to perform Overhead Door Repair Services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall perform to the standards and specifications in this contract. The period of performance (PoP) shall be for six (6) months. The PoP is subject to change.
